This Word document describes a study on Fiction Genres that is appropriate for grades 4-6. There is a rubric for scoring student projects as well. My students chose the genre that interested them, and worked in small groups. Projects can be on regular 81/2 x 11 paper, or enlarged to poster size. I used Print Shop Deluxe, imported photos of the books, and printed the final project in 2 pg x 2 pg size. The students then presented the genre they investigated.
