Business Structure Scenarios
These are three different readings that give a scenario of a new business. Students must determine the best structure for their assigned reading and discuss with the class. There really is not “right or wrong” answers and the discussion usually addresses the pros and cons of sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations. Adapted from Economics on Demand.
