So I use these not only for IEP data but as practice and learning tools. I read the sentence to the student, have them read them back, and then ask the following WH questions. I always write their immediate responses with no prompting. Then after each question is answered we go back and use color

Whether it is a novel, informative text, etc., it can be difficult for students to make sure that they get all of that reading done!
