Equivalent Fraction Race
Pages 1 and 3 are teacher call out cards and 2 and 4 are student cards. Students work in groups and spread their cards out face up on their desk. Teacher calls out an equivalent fraction and the students must race to identify the equivalent fraction and bring it to the front of the room. Students then explain why the fractions are equivalent in order to earn a point. The first group to get rid of their cards wins!
