I use this activity at the beginning of the year to show how we are all unique, but communities and teams need people with all different talents to be their best. It is a great team building and conversation starter to use before making a class contract for the year. The students just color the sections according to the text in each finger. I have them cut them out and usually display them glued in a circle with the fingers intertwined around our class contract.
