Use of BoardMaker pictures to display nice/mean actions. We acted out the pictures and then discussed whether the action was nice or mean. I use Velcro so they can put the actions in the correct category. I also keep this as a visual in the classroom and use it to reinforce whether the children's behaviors are nice or mean throughout the day.

Teaching children which foods are typically eaten at different times of the day. Kids are highly motivated by food pictures so its a fun activity for them and a good way to work on labeling and categorizing. I printed these slides, laminated them, and then made a sorting activity with Velcro so the kids could put the item in the correct food category.
