TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I worked as a substitute teacher for two years, working at almost all grade levels. I became a kindergarten parapro, and learned the value of poetry for catching the interest of young students. Since that time, I have qualified as a Media Specialist, and will be working in high school.

I have raised three children of my own and included many, many additional children as a foster parent for ten years. I also worked for five years with a company called Character Lines, which presented educational and entertaining programs for young children.
