MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching philosophy centers on creating a student-driven classroom, where collaboration among students enhances their learning experience. I encourage my students to work together to identify problems, brainstorm solutions, test their ideas, and reflect on the outcomes. To cater to diverse learning styles, I first make the content relevant and engaging, then present it in a way that is easy to understand. I use a range of teaching methods—including verbal, visual, and hands-on approaches—to reach every student. By creating a stimulating learning environment with engaging materials, I aim to foster growth not just academically, but also emotionally and socially.
