TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been in my school system for 10 years. I started out as a substitute teacher and I loved it.I found out that I had a knack for teaching. I was a sub. for 5 years when I was asked to become a Paraprofessional for 4th special ed. This is where I really got to grow my teaching skills. I co taught with some of the best teachers. I got to dive in to hands on learning through S.T.E.A.M and science projects. Which are my favorite things to do. I love Science and Social studies. This year I have been in 3rd and 2nd grade and it's been a wonderful experience to see the different standards and ways of learning. We've been doing lots of fun S.T.E.M projects. All I can say is I love teaching!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I'm a hands on kind of person. I love to do Science experiments and S.T.E.A.M lessons. I love coming up with new way to get the kids learning. I think I'm a pretty fun teacher.
