TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I began my career in education as a classroom teacher and reading interventionist. After 11 years in the classroom, I decided to pursue my passion for connecting kids with amazing books and obtained my master's degree in library science. I've spent the last 7 years as an elementary school librarian. I believe there is no greater gift we can give our students than a true love of learning.

I believe the best teachers are those who have a passion for teaching. When it's more than just a job, and your students know you truly care about and believe in them, those are the kinds of teachers who change lives.
