This chart allows students to visually monitor their articulation progress from week to week. The student can enter the date, sound, and the level (e.g., word, sentence, reading, conversation) they are working on. At the end of the session the Speech-Language Pathologist figures out the percentage correct and marks the progress chart at the correct percentage. The student is then allowed to color the graph up to the line of their correct percentage. The process is continued over multiple speech
