This is a calendar that can be adjusted for your use. It includes a school year's worth of writing prompts for Sept-May. Calendar dates could be removed, if you like a more flexible approach.

This unit was created using the Georgia Standards. There are also many reading comprehension sheets that can be assessed as a reading and social studies grade. The Unit includes a study guide that I printed out and put into folders to use as a resource throughout the study. This is also used for the research conducted during the unit study. There is enough and more than enough to teach all standards needed and to extend the knowledge of any child.
