This is a rubric that I use to help assess students readers when they volunteer for a part being read (typically when we read a play). This file contains an I can checklist for each ELA common core standard. It provides the learning goal (or the standard which is our long term goal). The learning goal is then broken up by bullets that contain short term goals for the students to attain in order to meet the long term goal. At the bottom of the rubric there is also a Marzano component that can be used to collect data and provide evidence as to mastery of the objective.
