Writing Workshop Self Reflection
Writing Workshop is an amazingly effective way to deliver writing instruction. This is a method of delivery that allows for students to write in highly motivating genres and for writers to have their work differentiated.
This 'exit slip' and 'self-reflection' is a way for students to take a few minutes at the end of workshop to evaluate themselves and identify what it is that they are doing well.
It also allows for students to reflect on what it is that might need more attention.

Student Progress Tracking Form
The focus of education is moving from test scores to progress. Be ahead of the game and start tracking student progress in your classroom. I place this sheet in a student data folder and have a progress meeting after pre-testing and post-testing data become available. After pre-testing, we chart our scores, set a goal, and write our action steps. Once the post test has taken place, we chart our scores and complete the student reflection form. Teacher Organizational Binder Covers
I created these organizational binder covers and insert sheets to keep myself organized this year! I used a simpler version last year and decided I wanted to "pretty†my covers up!
This package includes 9 different binder sheets. I use these to create TWO binders. The first binder is my V.I.P. Binder (Very Important Papers) and the second is a Planning Binder.
There are two sets of binder covers that are almost- identical except one uses black inkïŠ! Enjoy!

Weekly Sticky Notes
Print on your own sticky notes! Use any color or brand of 3X3 sticky notes. Print a copy of the page and then place your sticky notes where the boxes indicate. Then just put the page through your printer. (You may find it's easier to use a bypass tray if your printer has one.) It's as easy as that!

Fiction and Non-Fiction Reading Log
This is a simple log for students to log their Fiction and Non-Fiction books that they have read. I also have a spot listed for them to say Yes or No for if they filled out a book report. I put this form in a folder or a 3-ring binder and often have students fill out a short Book Report that is at a students ability level which is why I didn't attach one...some may just have a title, author like, dislike summary characters or you may want the student to get more detailed depending on their abi
