First Days Icebreaker
Editable icebreaker to use on the first few days of school. Print on cardstock, then fold inwards to set up a name tent. Have the kids decorate the outside with their name and art. Students answer each question on each day of class with space left over for you to respond, if you choose.

Friday Fill-Me-In Template
This is a great way to get feedback and input from your students. Friday Fill-Me-Ins also allow for students to reflect on the learning done in the last week. Students are able to look at the past week, what is to come next week, and share something personal.
