The document is editable so that you can tweak it to match your classroom routine and books. I have taped these to students desks, displayed them around the room, laminated them and put them in student binders, or given students a new checklist each day.

I go over it with the team prior to starting the meeting and it helps to keep people on track.I send this home to parents a day or two before the meeting.
