Different Ancient Irrigation Methods of Ancient India
This lesson informs students about the different irrigation methods used in Ancient India. Irrigation was an important invention that changed the economic life in Ancient India. This lesson is a precursor to a culminating group project in which students form groups to build an irrigation system modeled after the ones used in Ancient India.

Water Resources: Why Do We Build Dams?
