Song Study: Michael Jackson's "Man In The Mirror" (Digital Download)
A song study serves various purposes. This particular song study features Michael Jackson’s “Man In the Mirror.” In the world of this popular song, students are able to explore and analyze aspects of identity and critical social issues such as homelessness. Students are also able to dissect and analyze the use of literary elements in the song lyrics as well. Note: This song study is intended for secondary ELA classrooms, but it can most certainly be used across disciplines.
