Secondary Classroom Discipline Plan
With the new school year approaching it is time to put a classroom discipline plan in place. This plan was created by me during the 2015-2016 school year and helped to get my classroom back on track. This comprehensive discipline plan has a standard 4-step process to cover classroom behaviors from not wanting to work to cell phones.

Scholarship Completion Checklist
Use this tool as a way to track the names and amount of scholarships students complete.
In my class, I require students to complete 30 applications/semester. They have to complete this checklist, then they have to show me the completed application and I then sign to verify it. I do not accept sweepstakes scholarships for a grade in the class. Once I enter the grade into the grade book, I check off the checklist and file it into a binder with a section for each student alphabetized.
