These are the cards I use in my life skills store in my classroom. The kids must start of the level 1 green cards and once they master them they can move to the yellow and then to the red. It is posted in powerpoint so you can adjust to the food you have on hand.

Going to a Restaurant Life Skills Community Based Instruction
Life Skills students take many trips during the school year. We always chose to visit a local restaurant. Here is the basics when visiting a restaurant.
Taking our students into the community can be a challenge and one of the biggest ones we see is asking questions to the workers. To solve this we brainstorm prior to trip, which allows our students pre-generated questions.
