I put this together as a book for my students who are in the IRR (grades 6 - 8). I used about 3/4 of a folder (cutting 1/4 off) to make my book. It is suitable for their independent levels, but probably below middle school level. I did make a table of contents, but you can decide how you would like to do that. There is a little bit of coloring and its formatted closely on all pages (not perfect).
