This behavior/participation checklist was developed as a tool for keeping track of student participation in a Robotics class. It is based on a point system. Coding a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich
This editable file is one of my student favorites to learn the importance of sequence in an algorithm. I use this lesson to introduce programming. *Please be extra careful if you decide to actually have the students perform the making of their own sandwiches. I ask the nurse for a list of students with allergies beforehand. An alternative is to provide paper cut-outs or have the students create their own "paper PB & J".
