STEM Small Bean Bag Launcher Project - Mean, median, mode, box and whisker plots
Students use the engineer design process to create a small bean bag launcher with the goal of hitting a target. Students then calculate the mean, median, and mode of the distance from the bullseye, as well as make a box-and-whisker plot of the data. The data is used to revise the design in order to make it more accurate.
