This document explains Rhythm Fruit.The “fruit rhythm” system incorporates imagery, syllables, and counting to learn the durations of note and rest values. The fruit are used with the short notes exclusively, where as “long notes” deal will a sound that lasts for more than one beat, mostly one to four beats. The Imagery for a long note comes in a form of a number in a rectangle, the sound is held for the given number of beats, counting is crucial. “Rests” involve silence, hand motions (imagery)
