This lesson builds off of any emotional regulation lesson completed in the past and has a President's Day theme! Students will identify coping skills and color code those coping skills to identify what feelings they would use each skill for. Then students will add their colored coping skills into their "Abe Lincoln Hat."

Match each of the 50 states to their capitals game. Then students can use the sheet to write them. There is a checking (control) sheet for self check. Great for a Montessori classroom or for classroom centers.
