I.B. PYP Behavior Reflection
These are behavior reflection sheets specifically geared towards students in the I.B. PYP program. IB PYP Yearly mapping tool for concepts approaches to learning learner profile
This is a word document that I use to map all six of my units of inquiry over a school year. There is space to list each unit, then I number the units from 1 to 6 and then map which approaches to learning we do, which learner profile, which key concepts and related concepts as well. This is a very handy way to keep track of your IB PYP units of inquiry and is easy to edit when you change things.

This is a checklist for students to use in a more formal action plan. Students need to identify an problem, create a plan, write about it and then present it. This is following the design thinking model. I've used it as an assessment tool to give feedback to students.
