This sheet is used to assist students with asking questions while they read for clarification. If they don't understand a word, a concept, or something in the plot they simply write their question and page number. This is a terrific minilesson as it permits the teacher to show his or her thinking with an appopriate text and then allow students to practice on their own before returning to discuss their findings. This could be used for any subject or grade level.
