I put this together for a gal in my class that is having hygiene problems. If she gets all four checkmarks for the day she gets a sticker in her box. 5 days of stickers in a row and she gets to pick a personal hygiene item from the box (deodorant, soaps, toothbrush, paste, smelly spray etc. I will post a new one each month.
