Two are in lighter colors, and are generally easier poses.Two are in darker colors, and are more challenging poses.Roll a die, have kids get into those poses, as close to as they can, and hold for 5-10 seconds, or longer. Then shift into the next pose. Join in! For even more relaxation, add some relaxing meditation music.
