Students practice solving rational equations and/or cross multiplying. Students work in groups to race to answer questions. The teacher rings a bell/makes a sound when a question is correct; then, the group can go onto the next question. Students should be encouraged to use their resources and are given two post-its to ask for help. The teacher should be silent throughout, except when a post-it is exchanged for help. Encourage students to use their resources rather than ask the teacher!
