Road Trip: End of Unit Activity
In this document you will find materials for a road trip end of unit activity. I did this with my 6th graders for the end of our North America unit, but it could work with almost any geographical area, so I didn't put a specific place in.
Students are directed to, as a group, plan a trip around a certain region, stopping at specific types of places. I give categories (such as a historic landmark and a museum), but let them tailor it to their own interests.
