Becoming Naomi Leon: Chapter 17 Theatrical Read-Aloud
Chapter 17 has enough dramatic action, dialogue and characters so that it can be read aloud, almost as a play, using the instructions and attached character cards in this document. My students love it when we read the chapters aloud in this way; it allows for much greater engagement. Suggestions for extension activities are included.
