This is a token board to be used as part of a positive behavior reinforcement system. Students start out earning their chosen reward very quickly to help better understand the cause-effect relationship of making good choices. Once that is understood, the teacher can back off instead of earning a smiley for each behavior, every time, to earning for exhibiting these behaviors for an entire period. I print on cardstock, laminate and use dry erase markers.
