I used this as an assessment with my group to determine how much they learned about insects. This worksheet can be done as a pre-test, morning work, homework, rotation activity, study guide, or assessment. It consists of 6 questions comprised of both True/False and Multiple Choice questions. This worksheet also includes an illustration of an insect for the students to label the parts with words from a word bank,which is also included.
