This guided note page is a perfect addition to a lesson about liquid volume/capacity. Students record the US Customary units in order from smallest to largest, abbreviations for cups, pints, quarts, half-gallon, and gallon, and how many cups each unit holds. Students also draw the "Giant G" diagram that relates the units of liquid volume. I 3-hole punch this note page and have my students keep it in their binder as a reference to help with homework. The file also includes an answer key.
