I used this activity to kick off my social studies class. The curriculum was focused on ancient civilizations, so I decided to teach the course through an anthropological lens. After learning about what Anthropology is, students were invited to make Anthropologist Profiles that shared a little bit about themselves. These were glued into their Interactive Notebooks.
