Publisher version-Cornell Style Math Notes Template
Word Document-I created this notes template for my middle school math classes to teach them important note taking skills. It is designed in the Cornell Two Column Note style, however has some specific requirements I feel are important for my classes. It includes a field for students to record the Demonstration of Learning for the lesson as well as the Big Idea. It contains two columns including one page with graph paper. At the bottom it allows space for students to write a summary of the lesson

This is the first of two brochures which contain all of the information necessary for a student to prepare for end of year testing. It was specifically made for Georgia Milestones Assessment for 7th grade students. This product could be used throughout the year as an interactive brochure. **Editable**This is a mini book explaining the different types of open-ended questions that can be used for discussion questions. I give this to my students as a reference guide for their interactive notebooks prior to starting activities such as Socratic seminars, Fishbowl discussions, Panel discussions, etc.
This is geared toward literature as the examples are from two literary works, but can be edited for other subjects.

FFA New Horizons Summer 19 Scavenger Hunt
Great way to have your students delve into their FFA New Horizons magazine while also learning about FFA around the globe. This scavenger hunt challenges students to read through the magazine to answer its questions. Scavenger hunt is based on the Summer 2019 edition of New Horizons.

Blended Learning Reflection Sheet
