Multi-Use Resource: The First World War, 1914–18
I have created this resource to coincide with the teaching of The First World War. There are 30 printable slides with the terminology printed separately to the corresponding definition. This is a multi-use resource that could be displayed around the classroom, or as a starter/plenary (get students to choose one of the words without looking and then write the correct definition). This could also be useful when revising with students when discussing exam practice.

This is a crib sheet that shows what Victorian boys and men looked like back then. If you're teaching about Victorian England, or if you're reading a book set in those times, why don't you ask your students to dress up like them for one class? It's especially useful with younger students who are willing to try new things. A lovely activity to shift the pace of the class.Or you could use it to show your students what garments men included in their attire.
