Test Taking Strategies / Follow Directions Prank/Fake Quiz

This quiz is a fun and funny way to get students to realize they need to pay attention to directions. There is a list of numerous steps to complete, which can actually be fun for students. HOWEVER, the first step says to "read all directions before continuing" and the last step says "only do..." so most students mess this up and do all the steps as they go along. Then you can give them the lesson at the end :) *Please rate 4 stars if this is useful! Thanks*

Great for elementary school grades, but can also be used for middle and high school special needs/IEP students who need to learn accountability in their behaviors. Students can assess themselves throughout or at the end of the day. I personally use this for my 9th grade special needs students who struggle with impulsive behavior and and emotional control.

I created this worksheet for my pre-schoolers so they could learn their senses starting with "touch". All I did was find pieces of things that were fuzzy, soft, hard, etc. and gave each of the students these objects. The students then glued the correct pieces on the worksheet in the correct spot. I hope you enjoy this little activity I created. Enjoy!
