I teach 6th-12th grade reading interventions, and my students are so over reading logs for minutes or for the number of books they've read. Often, these students are still struggling with basic reading skills, or they have never been allowed to try books and have their efforts COUNT for something. Instead, we have chosen to count pages read as their class achievement this year. My students elected to use a bookmark to track their progress. These bookmarks are best printed on cardstock paper
