Tone and Mood Lesson Plan and Activities
This is a complete lesson plan for teaching middle school students about Tone and Mood in a very engaging way.
Students watch trailers for favorite movies like Frozen, Toy Story 3, and Mrs. Doubtfire (links included) and then altered versions of the same trailers while looking for differences in Tone and Mood.

Here is a good short film version of Saki's story, "The Interlopers". I have converted it to play on most devices. Just download and enjoy!!
