How Sick Do You Feel? Language Chart for Motion Sickness Stages

Created by
Sarah Manginelli
I created this for my elementary aged student who is deaf+ and needs visual aids to assist in expressing feelings. This visual aid provides 5 stages of feelings he incurs when experiencing motion sickness, graduating from a little dizzy to very nauseous and needing to go home. It has a picture of a boy with labeled stages and an expressive sentence stem to communicate the level. It can easily be adjusted to adapt to other symptoms or adjust levels based on student need.
