This is a lesson plan template for art teachers. It is based on elementary but I believe it could be used for middle school and high school art teachers as well.
This will be my first year teaching art. I was lucky enough to stumble upon some old paper lesson plans from the teacher before me and I loved her format. So I recreated it in a digital version and I did so in Word so that I could share it with others and they would be able to edit it to fit their needs.

I use this template to create all of my general music lesson plans. Just plug in the information for your general music lesson into each of the lesson categories and you are ready to go! Categories include- learning objective, materials needed, direct instruction, student practice, assessment, accommodations for support, extensions for extra challenge and I have also included a checklist of the NAFME National Music Standards, too!
These Zebra labels are created for the Avery Template #5163 (10 per sheet). Text boxes are editable and ready for your modifications.
You can change the text color, size and shape of the letters, just as you would in MS Word.
