Mozart's Clarinet Quintet K.581 is a work for A Clarinet and String Quartet. The composer wrote the piece for the clarinetist, Anton Stadler, his good friend.  The work was Mozart's only Clarinet Quintet.  It remains to this day one of the most admired of the composer's works.
