Each year, Target awards field trip grants to many teachers across the country. This is a field trip grant proposal that I won in December 2016. I have won four grants from Target so far. I have taken my students on trips to the state library, animal farms, and hands-on science labs. Target Grants Open July 31 and closes on September 31 of each year.Good Luck!!

I have had over 48 funded grants. This 6 page proposal was a semifinalist winner to pitch Warren Buffett. We won a trip for two from NYC to Nebraska for a teacher / student team for full airfare, meals and hotel. Students learn to become "Living Green Detectives" through exercise, healthy lifestyles, hands on gardening, and cookshop workshops.
