This file includes an outline for a course on Hip Hop designed to help students with analysis, research, presenting and other soft skills. The file includes two videos (one explaining the course and the other is a historiography on Hip Hop history). Accompanying these files includes two worksheets that require students to research terms and incorporate such terms into a presented rap. If considering using rap lyrics or Hip Hop culture as a vehicle to engage students this is your starting point.
