Good Behavior Tracker 1 and 2
This positive approach to behavior management really works! Print off one copy per student or use one column per student. This can be displayed on an interactive whiteboard, such as a SMARTBoard to motivate the entire class. Tracker 1 is designed for lower functioning or younger students. Behavior Chart for ActivInspire
This is a fully editable behavior chart I use in my classroom. Each child is given three chances before changing to the color "yellow" and three more chances before changing to "red". It works very well in my room. I've also added a copy of my behavior chart for ideas on how to make your own. I will also send an editable copy if needed.

Daily Check In: How are you feeling?

Daily & Weekly Wellness Checks for Distance Learning
During distance learning, it can be a challenge to understand how students are feeling at a given moment. Check in with your students daily and/or weekly with these wellness checks to make sure they are ready to learn each day. My hope is that these wellness checks give you valuable insight into the state of your students' mental health, and allow you to address any issues that are present.
