These are a great addition to character analysis. They provide students with advanced vocabulary options (eg, "Bruno is nice." vs "Bruno is considerate.") and help students from claims about characters.
My students used these while marking the text, taking quizzes on claims requiring textual evidence, making bubble & double-bubble thinking maps, and while writing a character analysis essay.
