Here you have a template for the famous game I have... who has? If you laminate it, you can use it as many times as you want to and changing the words. You only have to use as many cards as students you have in your class, so each one has one. Then, one students starts reading his/her card, and the rest of the class pays attention to answer in the correct moment.
