This is an editable template for an Exercise Wheel printed on 8.5" X 11" paper. Page 1 is the wheel base and page 2 is a sheet of arrows. Use brass fasteners to attach arrows. I used an X-acto to slice an X in the middle of the wheel to hold the brad in place and a regular hole-punch to punch the arrow so it would be able to spin freely. When attaching the brass fastener, be sure to leave space above the paper so the arrow is not held tightly.

I found this idea online years ago, and turned it into an End of the Year gift for my kids. I love the sentiments on it! Originally, I wanted to put ACTUAL pennies with the year on it---however, this proved harder than I anticipated to the number I needed. I went the somewhat generic route of finding a penny image on Google and copy/pasting that onto the card! I then laminated all of the cards and gave them to the kids on the last day. They make neat little mementos or bookmarks and the kid

“Children are sponges, soaking up every verbal and nonverbal interaction.” ― Asa Don Brown I agree with Don, and I agree with Maria Montessori; Children are like sponges. During the first conferences we had with our parents, we agreed on a goal for each student. We asked the parents to tell us where did they want their children to be academically two months after they had the conferences. They all agree on their children being knowledgeable of letters, numbers and most of all being able to wr

Feelings like anger, sadness, disappointment, and anxiety may feel uncomfortable and might impact our daily lives and ability to do what is important to us. Even though we may not like these having these feelings, they mean our brains and bodies are reacting to our changing lives. While these feelings are valid, and we all feel them from time to time, we all have the power to help ourselves feel better.
